GUIDE · EVENT BUDGETING
How to estimate one MLBB event skin’s cost.
The advertised draw price is only one part of the budget. A useful estimate must include your account progress, guaranteed rewards, discounted draws and a conservative allowance for random outcomes.
1. Identify the reward system
Exchange events require a target amount of event currency, while Bingo events require completed 10-draw rounds until a pattern forms. A fixed exchange target and a random Bingo pattern need different calculations.
2. Record the actual prices
Write down the normal single draw, daily discounted draw, normal 10× bundle and any one-time first 10× discount. Use the live in-game prices for your server—not a screenshot from a different rerun.
3. Count only usable free draws
Add tokens already owned and rewards you reasonably expect to claim before the event ends. Do not count a milestone token that requires more draws than your projected stopping point, and do not assume an unannounced Premium Supply phase.
4. Use discounts before full-price draws
Token draws cost no Diamonds. After tokens, daily discounted singles are usually cheapest, followed by a discounted first 10× or normal bundles. The exact order depends on the prices displayed by that event.
5. Build a range, not one promise
For random systems, calculate a good, typical and conservative scenario. A safe budget should be an amount you can afford to lose without affecting bills, savings or debt payments. Stop immediately if you receive the desired reward early.
Example structure
If the target is 120 total draws, you already completed 20, and expect 58 token draws, then 42 paid draws remain before considering other milestones. The Diamond cost of those 42 draws depends on how many daily discounts and bundle discounts remain.
